Srinivas holds Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of St-Petersburg (Russian Federation), certified Project Management
Professional (PMP)® and Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP®), from PMI. Srinivas started his
career in teaching and IT development. These roles prepared him to develop
the key leadership and technical
skills that are critical
in the project management sphere. Since 2007, he successfully managed various
projects working as a federal public servant. Srinivas is currently working as a Program Manager at Indigenous Services Canada (ISC).
Previously, Srinivas worked in numerous projects at various Canadian Government departments: Policy and Program Officer at Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada (CIRNAC), ENERGY STAR® programs at Natural resources Canada (2017), Generic Pharmaceutical Drug Submission projects at Health Canada (2011-2017); Income Stabilization Business Risk projects at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (2007-2010); Census projects of Agriculture (2011) and Census projects of National Household Surveys (2006) at Statistics Canada.

Srinivas has been passionately teaching the PMP® certification training courses since 2014 to share his expertise with aspiring individuals to attain their professional goals.
Srinivas actively involved with PMI Communities as Vice President, Sponsorship (2018-2019) and Director of Social Media (2012-2014) at PMI OVOC; Vice President, Finance (2015-2016), Vice President, Communications (2016) and PMI Educational Foundation Chapter Liaison (2015-2017) at PMI Kazakhstan (Potential) Chapter. He has been instrumental in developing the Multi-Year Business Plan (MYBP) for PMI Kazakhstan (2016).
Srinivas was a board member of India Canada Association (ICA) – National Capital Region (NCR) since 2015, responsible for Public Relations (2015-2017) and Treasurer (2018-2019). In addition, he also served as a member of Board of Directors (2018-2020) at Ottawa Telugu Association (OTA).

completed the prestigious PMI Leadership Masterclass (2017), a one-year program
to sharpen the core leadership and management skills. He is fluent in English, Russian, French, Tamil, Hindi, and Telugu.
Srinivas takes active roles at the annual Government of
Canada Workplace Charitable Campaign (GCWCC)
and he has been instrumental in
coordinating various events during these campaigns to raise
funds. He is a recipient of the Deputy Minister’s Leadership cup (2016)
and Assistant Deputy Minister’s excellent award (2014).
